Job description

Acierta is a design & production house with offices in UK and Spain, operating throughout the globe. Founded in 2005, we are a team of experienced specialists in creativity, production, logistics and installation in any kind of Retail, Events and Hospitality projects.

we're looking for a talented, creative, resourceful and open minded person to join our growing London office based in East London as Project Manager. We offer an exciting career prospect as a result of a fast growing business.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with client management experience in the design retail industry and excelling organisational skills. Capable of managing different projects at the same time in a fast paced environment. Managing from large scale WW productions to one-off bespoke installations.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Manager team in managing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Also this person will have a technical design and production background. Experience using Solidworks, CAD, Rhino, MS Office, and Adobe Suite is a MUST.

This position is great for someone who wants to get into project management with a background in CAD or design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Senior Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules and progress reports.

• Facilitate communication between project team members, suppliers, and clients.

• Conduct research and gather data to support project decision-making.

• Ensure project files are up-to-date and accurate.

• Knowledge of fabrication in general, and material understanding.

• Provide technical support using Solidworks and Rhino software.

• Create and edit documents and presentations using MS Office and Adobe Suite.

• Attend project meetings and take meeting minutes.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.

• Procure necessary materials and supplies for projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Manage production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards.

• Conduct site visits and surveys as required.

Qualifications:

Languages: English and Spanish are mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, industrial design, product design, architecture).

• Technical design and production background and proficiency using CAD, Solidworks and Rhino software (Must).

• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suite.

• Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

· 3+ years of experience in project coordination or management or in a relevant position.
