About the Agency:

DRUM are Omnicom Media Group’s branded content, partnerships and entertainment agency that helps ambitious brands create their own cultural signals; things with real value for people that cut through the clutter.

Headquartered in London with offices in locations across Europe, Asia-Pacific, LATAM, DRUM create content and partnerships that join the dots between media, entertainment, creativity, and culture to enable brands to create meaningful connections with their audiences.

From producing original entertainment formats for brands (or commissions for broadcasters via our Studios division) to social content innovation or partnerships with media owners and talent, DRUM provide clients with creative, production and project management capabilities to help them create impact in the spaces that ads can’t.

We hire cultural mavens who soak up the world outside of the office and bring it into their work and have diverse skills and backgrounds from the worlds of advertising, brands, TV, music, rights holders and sponsorship.

As a result, DRUM is one of the most awarded and successful content agencies in the business, having been awarded Content Agency of the Year three times in the last six years, multiple Cannes Lions - including x2 awards in Entertainment & Entertainment For Music in 2021 and in 2022 our first International Emmy for Best Documentary.

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our peoplewhile fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that’s in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.
