Job description

C&C Search is currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to work for an established Executive Search firm in the West End. This is a fantastic opportunity providing EA support to the Partners as well as supporting the full search process.

Position: Project Manager
Salary: £45000 - £55000
Hybrid set up: 3/2 working 8.30 - 6

Company culture and what makes them great to work for: Long established and respected Executive Search firm are expanding their project management team and looking for someone to support drive activities.

Key responsibilities for this Project Manager Role:

  • Coordinate end-to-end search assignment logistics, from pitch to placement
  • Manage diaries and schedule key meetings across stakeholders and clients
  • Own the creation of documents—pitches, NDAs, search packs, and briefing notes
  • Support events, including booking venues, managing invites, logistics, and collateral
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM and ATS
  • Assist with post-placement activities, forecasting, and follow-ups
  • Provide general administrative support to Partners and the wider team

What background and experience are the company looking for?
  • A confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong technical ability using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
  • Experience working with CRM and systems (or a quick learner!)
  • A proactive team player who takes ownership and works with precision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, professional services environment and experience working within executive search or similar
  • Adaptable, deadline-focused, and happy to lend a hand wherever needed
