We have a new opportunity for a dynamic Project Manager to join us to collaborate, drive, and deliver change projects supporting the Group strategy.
We are particularly interested in candidates with knowledge of the Irish market and regulations, as well as experience in delivering ETF change-related projects or establishing fund Management Committees.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team where you will be responsible for leading and managing projects across one or more business functions.
About the role
- Position within the Royal London Asset Management Change team, collaborating with experienced Project and Program Managers and Business Analysts.
- Planning and managing the timely, on-budget, high-quality delivery of projects aligned with business strategy.
- Managing stakeholder relationships from Executive to business functions and project team members, resolving conflicts and differences.
- Defining project scope, implementing change protocols, and updating documentation as needed.
- Securing resources for successful project delivery considering availability and scheduling.
- Working with the business to develop solutions that meet project objectives within constraints.
- Developing and managing project budgets, controlling costs against forecasts.
- Identifying, monitoring, and responding to project risks and issues.
- Considering operational risk, adhering to security and risk policies, ensuring risk-based decisions are documented.
- Leading cross-functional change teams, fostering trust and empowerment.
About you
- Proven experience in executive stakeholder management, including Steering Committees, with a focus on business strategy and outcomes.
- Excellent planning, tracking, and reporting skills across multiple projects.
- Ability to coordinate multiple business functions towards common goals.
- Strong dependency management skills.
- Robust knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Capacity to manage multiple, concurrent projects effectively.
- Desirable: Experience delivering ETF-related change projects, covering fund structures, legal/regulatory aspects, listing, tax, sales, processes, technology, third-party relationships, and due diligence.
- Desirable: Knowledge of international markets and regulatory landscapes, especially Ireland.
- Desirable: Asset Management experience.
