This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a Residential construction company where you will be exposed to a plethora of high-end domestic projects, all whilst having support in further training and progression as the company grows.

Are you a Project Manager with experience in domestic construction projects? Are you looking for a role where you can take ownership and leave a lasting mark on a growing business? This construction company operates throughout London, delivering high-quality domestic projects for a diverse client base. Their services include loft conversions, single-storey extensions, and full home renovations. Their ability to tailor each project to the individual client has led to consistent success and growth. As a result, they're now looking to expand their team with this exciting new role.

In this position, you'll manage multiple projects from start to finish. You'll be based across different sites in South London, with the flexibility to work from home when not required on site. Key responsibilities will include liaising directly with clients to understand their requirements, managing project budgets and schedules, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and health & safety on-site.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in domestic residential work. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this is a client-facing role. A full UK driving licence is also required to travel between sites.
