PSR Solutions is recruiting for a Project Manager.

Location: Haydock

Rate: Competitive

Our client is one of the industry-leading construction companies in the UK. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee part of a development valued up to £20 million. The position is open to candidates interested in a freelance engagement.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing either commercial or industrial projects.

The key responsibilities include:

1. Weekly reporting on project progress, including client updates.
2. Conducting weekly meetings and progress reports with subcontractors.
3. Maintaining a daily client-facing role.
4. Sequencing of works internally and externally, assisting with subcontractor inquiries and procurement.
5. Ensuring quality assurance by working with the site team to compile all QA and sign-off sheets.
6. Ensuring site setup, health & safety compliance, and administrative procedures are followed.
7. Community liaison activities.
8. Managing drawings and compiling As-Built Drawings.
9. Coordinating with statutory bodies, such as services and building control authorities.
10. Communicating with local inspectors, including building control and highways, from plan check to practical completion.

Our client offers excellent pay rates for this Project Manager role, depending on experience, on an ongoing contract basis.
