Project Manager - Major New Build Shed
Liverpool 330- 350 per day Start: August 2025 2-Year Programme

A well-established regional contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to take the lead on a large-scale new build steel frame shed in Liverpool.

This is a full project lifecycle role - from site set-up through to final handover - with solid pipeline and full responsibility across the programme. The job kicks off in August and will run for a minimum of two years, offering excellent stability for the right individual.

The Role:

• Overseeing all site activities, subcontractors, and trades

• Managing programme, health & safety, cost, and quality

• Leading weekly site meetings and reporting progress

• Ensuring smooth delivery through strong coordination and site leadership

• Working closely with the commercial and design teams

About You:

• Proven experience delivering large industrial or steel frame builds

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or White Card), and First Aid required

• Able to manage site autonomously, maintaining high standards throughout
