Project Manager – Booting, Liverpool – Cladding & Remediation Works

Our client is a main-contractor who specializes in residential & commercial new build and refurbishment, and they are looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Liverpool.

Important details for a Project Manager applying for this role:

1. Initial 60 week project
2. Site based office
3. Required: SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
4. Desired: Asbestos Awareness, PASMA, Working at Height

Project Manager will be expected to:

1. Monitor and update the build programme on a regular basis
2. Coordinate/book all trades
3. Ensure trades are performing to program and to the highest standard
4. Order/request ordering of materials, fixtures, and fittings
5. Liaise with us and architect on any design/site issues that need resolving
6. Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers
