A respected consultancy based in Liverpool is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its expanding team. The Project Manager will take a leading role on projects in the public sector, including education and health, as well as private commercial developments. This opportunity is perfect for a driven Project Manager who can manage multiple workstreams and contribute to business development.
The successful Project Manager will have experience delivering complex projects and reporting to senior stakeholders.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, reporting, and managing contract administration. You'll also help to mentor junior team members.
Minimum 3 years in a similar Project Manager role
Degree qualified in construction/project management
Ideally MRICS, MCIOB, or APM certified
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident handling multi-stakeholder environments
45,000 - 58,000 per annum
