Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure works in Merseyside. You will own planning, programming, and delivery of your section, coordinating with clients and the delivery team to meet milestones.

Degree in Civil Engineering, CSCS card, and a Full UK driving licence are required. You will ensure health and safety, quality, and smooth handovers on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary in the £65,000–£75,000 range.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a Project Manager or similar role within civil engineering/infrastructure.
• CSCS card is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning, programming, and delivery of your section of works
• Produce and monitor construction programmes and progress reports
• Manage cost plans and oversee contractual elements of the project
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery
• Work closely with commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks
• Lead on health, safety, environment, and quality compliance
• Review and approve RAMS, ITPs, and engineering documentation
• Collaborate with Project Directors and Works Managers to meet key milestones
• Ensure efficient and high-quality handover of completed works

Our client, a well-established civil engineering contractor, is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join their delivery team on a civil engineering infrastructure project. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex and rewarding works.
