Job description

My client is a leading main contractor who works on iconic residential and commercial schemes. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a scheme in Liverpool.

Ideal Candidate:

Duties include:

• Overall management of the site workforce and being a line manager for Site Managers.
• Holding progress meetings with the client.
• Successfully directing the site management team through each phase of the project.
• Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality are managed effectively.
• Continuously evaluating sub-contractor capabilities and advising Directors of their performance.
• Identifying potential issues on site at the early stages and notifying Directors.
• Supporting Site Managers with any build issues during the planning phase of the project.
