Curtis furniture, based on the outskirts of Leeds, is a market leader in the Hospitality Industry.We manufacturer and fit out Hotels with bespoke furniture & soft furnishings for clients such as Hilton, Marriott, Holiday Inn & Crowne Plaza. Due to continued growth, we are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our existing team.

Job Purpose

The project manager will be responsible for delivering projects on time and to budget. You will be responsible for the programme, quality and financial elements of your projects. Whilst you will in the main be office based, you will occasionally spend time on sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client demands efficiently and effectively
• Responsibility for the final quality of your project
• Ensuring that all elements of the production and installation process are on programme.
• Financial responsibility for all non-production elements of the projects
• Early identification of potential threats to progress. Focusing team on those issues and resolving potential problems early.
• Provide and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project
• Developing and maintaining key relationships with internal customers and key suppliers
• Liaising with internal and external staff in a timely manner
• Ensuring accurate reporting of the progress of your projects and driving any remedial actions
• Communication and follow up at key points of the project
• Full Driving licence.
• Proven track record of working as a Project Manager
• A natural communicator, who is able to build strong relationships, with clients and suppliers alike
• Adaptable, flexible and willing to perform various duties
• Multi-tasking to manage and coordinate multiple projects
• The tenacity and drive to deliver top quality projects which delight our customers
• A Project Management qualification is preferred
• Interior fit out/contracting experience is preferred
