Project Manager - Construction & Real Estate
Salary: £40k-£50k + excellent benefits

My client is a leading construction and property consultancy, known for delivering outstanding service across a variety of sectors. With a growing project management team, they're looking for a talented Project Manager to join their Leeds office and play a key role in exciting, high-profile projects in sectors such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Heritage, and Logistics.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with senior leaders to ensure projects run smoothly and successfully. You'll take ownership of various project elements, including:

1. Managing contracts and project reporting
2. Overseeing project operations - tracking actions, coordinating with design teams and contractors
3. Site inspections and procurement of consultants/surveys
4. Keeping project documentation up to date - risk registers, execution plans, and directories
5. Building strong relationships with clients to drive success
6. Working alongside cost managers to achieve the best commercial outcomes

What We're Looking For

1. Degree qualified in a relevant field
2. MRICS qualification preferred, but not essential (support available)
3. Proven project management experience within construction or real estate
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
5. Ability to lead tasks, manage responsibilities, and deliver results
6. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
7. Proactive, ambitious, and detail-oriented approach
