Job summary

TPT Retirement Solutions is seeking two Project Managers in Leeds to lead end-to-end delivery of key business projects within its change portfolio. You will oversee planning, governance, reporting, budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement to ensure objectives are met and risks are managed.

Ideal candidates will have significant experience in financial services or pensions, strong stakeholder skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering projects or programmes within financial services, pensions or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• A results-focused approach with a track record of delivering business outcomes.
• Strong governance, risk and project control experience.
• A proactive, resilient and adaptable mindset.
• An industry recognizable qualification would be desirable.

Are you an experienced project manager who enjoys turning strategy into delivery? TPT Retirement Solutions are looking for two Project Manager’s to lead the successful delivery of key business projects across TPT's change portfolio, helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

You'll lead the end-to-end delivery of business projects, overseeing planning, governance, reporting, budgets, resources and stakeholder engagement. Working with colleagues across the business, you'll ensure projects are delivered effectively, risks are managed and strategic objectives are achieved.
