Job Location and Support

The role is based in Leatherhead, supporting projects including carbon capture, biorefinery, hydrogen, refinery, petrochemicals, gas processing, LNG, and upstream oil and gas. The candidate will report to the Director of Projects for the region and will be responsible for delivering individual project scopes and supporting multi-office execution between London, Chennai, and SMEs within KBR.


Candidate Requirements

Prior experience in one or more of the outlined product lines is required. The candidate must be based in London or willing to relocate.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure safe project execution, client satisfaction, and compliance with cost, schedule, and contractual requirements, maintaining financial responsibility.
  2. Deliver results in financial, HSE, client satisfaction, budget, and schedule performance.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and company, building strong relationships.
  4. Lead proposals, gain approvals, and negotiate contracts.
  5. Ensure project execution aligns with company policies, procedures, and systems.
  6. Manage risks to prevent delays or reputational damage.
  7. Be accountable for the financial performance of projects.
  8. Report project status and forecasts.
  9. Manage projects individually or as part of a team.
  10. Plan and maintain project execution plans.
  11. Keep clients and stakeholders informed of project status.
  12. Train and mentor future Project Engineers and Study Leads.

  3. Experience delivering projects in Europe, Middle East, or Africa.
