Maintenance & Refurbishment

Role:

Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.

As a Project Manager, you will be based between head office and site managing works on a refurbishment framework contract across West London, which includes all internal and external works.

Experience:

• Experience in completing construction phase plans
• Client contract delivery, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams
• P&L, cash flow, and costs management
• Creating a work-safe culture
• Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
• Must have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook
• Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
• A flexible, 'can do' attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team
• Able to produce and deliver progress reports
• Must manage H&S, quality, and programme performance on projects via the management team
