Regen Solutions is currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Project Manager to join their ever-growing team.
As a Project Manager, you will be based between head office and site managing works on a refurbishment framework contract across West London, which includes all internal and external works.
Experience:
Experience in completing construction phase plans
Client contract delivery, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams
P&L, cash flow, and costs management
Creating a work-safe culture
Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects simultaneously
Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors
Must have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook
Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally)
A flexible, 'can do' attitude and eagerness to work as part of a team
Able to produce and deliver progress reports
Must manage H&S, quality, and programme performance on projects via the management team
