Job title: Project Manager
Job Type: Contract
IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Start date: As soon as possible subject to clearance
Duration: 12 months (Rolling Contract)
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £50-55ph Umbrella
Location: Heysham
Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Qualifications/Experience:
* All candidates must hold either an HNC/HND or Degree in relevant engineering or in project management.
* All candidates must hold either APM or Prince 2 qualification.
* 5 Years Experience leading and delivering projects in complex, technical and highly regulated environments.
* All candidates must have Full Project Lifecycle Experience from initial concept through to handover.
* Proven experience in dealing with a wide range of stakeholders both internally and externally.
* Conflict resolution, being able to recognise, anticipate and effectively deal with existing or potential conflicts or disconnects at individual, team or strategic levels.

Role information:
* Developing and executing effective execution strategies and plans in line with the overall project strategies and plans.
* Ensuring the relevant project risks are identified and managed/mitigated as appropriate.
* Managing the quality, schedule and cost for the project scope to the agreed baseline.
* Delivering fit for purpose work in a safe manner to meet or better the project baseline cost, schedule and quality requirements.
* Identifying, implementing and complying with applicable safety, environmental, quality, company procedural, policy, legislative and regulatory requirements.
* Applying an appropriate level of priority for safety and quality to ensure that Nuclear Safety is well supported by effective project delivery.
* Maintaining effective communications and executing the project strategies within your team.
