Join a leading main contractor based in Solihull, specializing in Care Homes and Retirement Living projects. They are seeking to expand their operational team with a site-based (Senior) Project Manager.

Position Details

• Location: Northamptonshire
• Project: £15 million New Build Care Home scheme at 1st floor stage
• Salary: Up to £80,000 plus package, dependent on experience

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive main contracting experience, particularly in new build projects within the Care Home/Retirement sector
• Proven ability to work independently with confidence and decisiveness
• Self-motivated and proactive with a positive attitude
• Previous experience as a Site Manager
• Certifications: SMSTS, First Aid
• Full UK driving license
