A leading regional civil engineering contractor within the construction industry is offering an excellent opportunity for a Freelance Project Manager to join one of their key projects.

The contractor operates across both public and private sectors, delivering infrastructure projects including highways and earthworks. They boast an impressive portfolio with projects exceeding £10 million.

Location

The successful candidate will be based in Suffolk, working on a major project.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Proven success as a Project Manager within a contractor environment.
2. Experience managing civils projects within the highways sector.
3. Experience overseeing a project's commercial performance.
4. Ability to apply project management principles to construction projects.
5. Led teams to high standards on major infrastructure projects.
6. Sound working knowledge of NEC contracts.
7. An engineering background is required.
