Overview:
This is a Service & Aftersales business supporting a leading manufacturer. They are seeking a highly driven and experienced Project Manager to lead refurbishment and retrofit projects.

Operating in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you'll oversee multiple concurrent projects across customer sites, ensuring seamless execution from planning through to delivery.
This is a pivotal role, ideal for a professional who thrives on complexity, cross-functional coordination, and delivering value through excellent service and engineering precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end project execution for machinery refurbishment and retrofit activities
Lead multiple fast-moving projects, often at different customer sites simultaneously
Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets in alignment with business goals
Liaise effectively with customers, acting as the key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, including engineering, supply chain, service, and commercial departments
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on-site and during implementation
Monitor progress, manage risks and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership teams
Person Specification:

Proven experience in project management of retrofit or refurbishment projects, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG or industrial machinery environment
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects across multiple sites simultaneously
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - both internally and externally
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong planning and execution capabilities
Experience working in customer-facing roles with an emphasis on service and satisfaction
Willingness to travel regularly to customer locations
