What will you be doing?

1. Planning & Delivering New Deal Projects: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Oversee the execution to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
2. Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, vendors, and contractors.
3. Risk Management and Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues during the project to ensure successful delivery.
4. Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences: Ensure all clients receive a positive and memorable experience. Follow defined communication paths and keep clients updated on their order progress.
5. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and resource usage to stay within approved budgets.

Required skills & experience

• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze data, anticipate issues, and develop solutions. Experience in managing budgets, resources, and timelines is essential.
• Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership to manage cross-functional teams and excellent communication to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecommunications technologies and systems, including Cloud hosting, Security, mobile, and telephone systems.
• Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2. Certification like PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred.
