Project Manager - £12M - Carehome scheme

We are currently working with a regional contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to run a £12M carehome scheme

You will be running the project from the ground up, and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager

This contractor has a fantastic reputation within the Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential sectors and operates as a well-established Tier 2 business with a strong pipeline of future projects.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Manage £12M carehome scheme

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Hold a valid CSCS card

  • SMSTS certified

  • First Aid qualification
