Requirement: My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in commercial, office, and industrial spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and leading the build and fit-out of various construction projects. This role requires strong project management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate project milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders and provide regular progress updates.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equal opportunities.

Day-to-day:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and execute construction projects.
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans.
• Managing project documentation, contracts, and change orders.
• Analysing project performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Trade Background.
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid are required.
• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
