Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment is assisting with a vacancy for a Project Manager based on a new residential development in Richmond, Surrey. The role involves overseeing all aspects of a 75-unit, high-end housing project, with a planned three-year timeline.

You should have experience managing large residential developments with high-end finishes, and you will report directly to the Project Director. A Black CSCS card is required, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Manager on large residential developments with high-end finishes, running all aspects of the project and reporting to the Project Director.
• Strong budgeting and cost control capabilities to ensure costings are met.
• Proven ability to deliver high-end residential projects on time and within scope.

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager based on a new residential development in Richmond for one of London’s most prestigious developers. They have just started this project which consists of a high end housing development in one of outer London’s most affluent areas. The project will consist of 75 4-5 bedroom houses and is planned to last for 3 years.

You should have experience of working as a Project Manager on large residential developments with high end finishes running all aspects of the project reporting into the Project Director.

• Running all aspects of the project and ensuring that costings are met

• Dealing with any issues that arise in line with company policy ensuring an appropriate outcome
