Job summary

Oh Polly is seeking a Programme Manager to lead cross-functional change programmes within our Tech and retail operations. You will define project scope, engage stakeholders, and drive large-scale ERP/WMS/PIM initiatives across teams.

The role requires managing budgets, prioritising tasks, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to lead AI-driven initiatives for the business.

Qualifications

• Experience as programme manager, project manager, or project lead on technical projects with internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers.
• Knowledge of data in retail or multi-party setups is a plus.
• Experience with PIM, WMS, ERP, or e-commerce projects.
• Strong understanding of operations and project management processes.
• Capex and Opex management experience is advantageous.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality projects that solve business problems.
• Experience delivering projects across multiple retail departments.

The Role:

Working in the Tech team, you will work alongside multiple teams across the business to deliver key projects. Projects span enterprise systems and platform implementations (e.g. ERP, WMS, PIM), digital product initiatives and other cross-functional change programmes.

You will be self-motivated, capable of working with limited supervision, great at building relationships with stakeholders, proactively reporting on status and tasks and driving change. You will be confident in managing large-scale change programmes at pace and excited by the prospect of leading AI driven initiatives for Tech and the wider business.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate projects and manage stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with the business analysts and the project teams to define scope and business case / benefits
• Manage partner selection processes
• Escalate and update the project's direction and scope based on urgency
• Develop project budget in conjunction with partners and control this throughout
• Develop and implement appropriate project management methodologies within the team
• Develop high-quality and robust project plans
• Define and implement good project management practices
• Help foster an agile and responsive culture
• Compile and maintain good-quality documentation
• Manage senior stakeholders within Oh Polly and third-party suppliers

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience working as a programme manager, project manager, or project lead on technical projects involving internal stakeholders and third-party suppliers, ideally in a retail environment
• Good understanding of data within a retail or multi-party setup would be an advantage
• Experience of PIM, WMS, ERP, or e-commerce projects is a plus
• Good understanding of operations and project management processes is key
• Commercially astute, with capex and opex management experience
• Passionate about delivering high-quality projects that solve real business problems
• Experience of delivering projects across multiple retail departments
• Ability to manage multiple streams of work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong influencing skills with an ability to manage stakeholders effectively
• Adaptable and willing to take on tasks outside a narrowly defined role, whether that be testing, support, operations or documentation
• Capable of working to both tactical and strategic timescales, prioritising effectively
• Consistently seeks to raise standards for experimentation and the adoption of new tools and processes
