Job summary

One Mars, Publicis Groupe’s dedicated global solution, is seeking a Project Manager. You will lead end-to-end delivery across marketing, media and consultancy collaborations from planning to execution, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll manage plans, timelines and risks, fostering clear communication and continuous improvement across the programme. This role emphasises strong relationship-building and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within marketing, media, consultancy or another collaborative project-based environment.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Confidence building trusted relationships and working with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly and influence discussions in a constructive and collaborative way.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the judgement to navigate complexity and changing priorities.
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools to support delivery and reporting.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a team-oriented mindset, combined with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and positive client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery roadmaps that keep teams focused and informed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, creating alignment and shared accountability across projects.
• Identify risks, dependencies and potential challenges early, developing practical solutions to keep delivery on track.
• Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners and client stakeholders, providing clear project updates throughout.
• Support strong project governance, resource planning and change management processes to ensure successful delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping enhance project management practices and ways of working across the wider team.
