Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an early-career Project Manager to support the delivery of customer-facing SaaS projects in fraud and identity risk. This hybrid role balances hands-on delivery (up to 50% billable work) with internal planning, forecasting, and capacity management.

You will collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within scope and aligned with business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or project management in a tech/SaaS environment.
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methods.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation for forecasting; dashboarding is a bonus.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of key customer projects, including planning, tracking, and reporting on progress.

About The Role

We are looking for an early career Project Manager to support the delivery of customer-facing SaaS projects in the fraud and identity space, while also contributing to internal project planning and operational management. This hybrid role balances hands-on delivery (up to 50% billable work) with internal coordination activities such as task planning, forecasting, and capacity management. You will work closely with project managers, delivery teams, and stakeholders both internally and within our customers to help ensure key projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination or project management (preferably in a technology or SaaS environment)
• Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Jira is preferred but not required
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for forecasting and planning. Dashboarding skills a bonus
• Strong problem- solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
