Job summary

Arrows is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead broadcasting-focused technology delivery in a hybrid London setup. You will steward multi-workstream initiatives from software builds to infrastructure operations, ensuring reliability and timely delivery.

You will build compelling business cases, maintain transparent reporting, and own project budgets. You will mentor junior PMs and act as the trusted driver to keep stakeholders and suppliers aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technical projects in live environments such as broadcasting.
• Proven ability to manage multi-workstream initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting capabilities.
• Solid grounding in formal project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK/PRINCE2).

We're hiring a Senior Project Manager to join a technology delivery team responsible for the platforms that get content in front of customers - from infrastructure and software builds to the systems that keep everything running smoothly. It's a fast-paced, high-stakes environment where reliability and timing really matter.

What you'll do

You'll take ownership of complex, multi-workstream technical projects spanning software and infrastructure, working with cross-functional virtual teams of engineers, developers, and other project resources to get things delivered. You'll build and present business cases, write project reporting, and hold full accountability for project budgets - tracking spend and keeping delivery on plan. You'll also be the person stakeholders and suppliers trust to keep things moving, and you'll support less experienced project managers as they grow in their own roles.

What you'll bring

• Experience running technical projects in a live, time-critical operational environment (broadcast or comparable)
• Solid grounding in formal project management methodology
• A track record of leading teams to hit technical delivery goals on time and on budget
