Job summary

Metlen Energy & Metals is seeking a Project Manager for the MRES-ET division based in London. You will lead solar park construction projects, coordinating design, engineering and development teams to meet scope, time, budget, and safety standards.

The role requires 5+ years in large-scale solar EPC projects, strong PM skills, and a relevant degree (MSc a plus). Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office, plus a valid driving licence, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field; MSc is an advantage.
• 5+ years of proven experience in medium- to large-scale solar park construction within EPC companies.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office.
• Strong project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
• Coordinate design, engineering and development teams to define requirements, optimize solutions and manage project risks
• Conduct site surveys and support cost estimation, budgeting and commercial analysis
• Manage RFQs, suppliers and subcontractors, including contracts, scope and performance
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules and resource allocation
• Supervise project execution and site activities, ensuring compliance with QHSE standards
• Monitor progress, risks and deviations, providing regular reports and corrective actions as required
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships, project documentation and final handover to the O&M team

You role you will encopass:
