Job summary

TESTQ Technologies Limited in London seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate, define, staff, and manage software projects across business, IS, QA, Testing, Systems Analysis, Software Development and Technical Writing teams. You will develop schedules, run status meetings, allocate resources, and oversee delivery performance including schedule, cost, and quality.

Experience in Agile is essential to drive timely, on-budget results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management for software development projects.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across business, IS, QA, Testing, Systems Analysis, Development and Technical Writing.

Responsibilities

• Define roles, assigning tasks and deliverables, including tracking them against the plan.
• Tracking expenses and ensuring project is delivered on-time and on-budget.
• Identifying and evaluating risks, including contingency planning.
• Managing the development and implementation of the technical strategy.
• Managing quality assurance, issue resolution, status reviews and reporting, developing standards, change control, customer support, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Familiar with and highly experienced in delivering projects using Agile Methodology.

Job description

Responsible for coordinating, defining, staffing, and managing one or multiple projects. The Project Manager works across the business, IS management, Quality Assurance and Testing, Systems Analyst, Software Development, and Technical Writing teams to ensure the delivery of a high quality software application. Primary technical point of contact with management and various technical personnel on project from project inception through completion. Develops project schedules, coordinates project status meetings, manages resources in all phases of software development lifecycle. Works with the project business owner to oversee delivery performance, ensure delivery quality and report schedule, cost, and execution performance.

Assumes overall responsibility for structuring and delivering a project, including creating and maintaining the project plan, as well as ensuring the completion of all assigned projects in a timely manner. The Project Manager is responsible for:
