Principal Consultant - Product & Agile Delivery

London - 3 days p/w in the office

Up to £600/day (Outside IR35)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic, fast-paced team driving technology and business transformation across a UK-wide real estate and logistics platform.

You’ll play a key role in delivering change initiatives—ranging from light-touch task coordination through to fully governed, complex projects. Many of these will be tech-focused, including system rollouts, process optimisation, and introducing new tools and services.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams
• Creating and managing delivery plans and timelines
• Overseeing budgets, risks, and key stakeholder communications
• Driving execution of digital and process improvement projects

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of project management experience in tech and transformation
• Strong knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics-related projects is a plus
• Confident using MS Project, Azure DevOps, and the full MS Office suite
• A self-starter with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Real estate experience would be beneficial
