Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting with the management of construction activities with our EV Projects, to support the installation of EV infrastructure throughout the UK. You will work closely with design engineers, site managers, sub-contractors, internal project teams and clients to ensure an efficient, first in class delivery with a first-time right approach throughout the project lifecycle.
Here is what your day to day will look like:
Project Planning: Develop detailed construction phase plans, including programmes of work, resource allocation, sub-contractors and with a focus on commercial project performance.
Installation Management: Manage day-to-day operations on various construction projects operating as PC and PD under CDM, ensuring programme, H&S, quality and commercial performance are achieved.
Health and Safety Compliance: Day to day management of health and safety processes to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.
Resource Management: Coordinate with staff, sub-contractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure the availability of resources and materials needed for the project.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process, managing inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the on-site project team, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues proactively.
Problem-solving: Identify and address any issues or obstacles that arise during construction, implementing effective solutions to keep the project on track.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily progress reports, change orders, and correspondence with stakeholders.
