We are…

Looking for an outstanding individual to help us as we continue to grow in 2025. Black Pear Creative has over 20 years’ experience of delivering great stands in all types of consumer and trade shows, conferences and internal fit-outs.

We require an enthusiastic and experienced Project Manager to join us to strengthen our team and help deliver fantastic stands in the UK and internationally.

Previous experience of working in the exhibition and events industry is preferable, we want someone who can hit the ground running.

Applicants must be able to plan and lead multiple projects, with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to resolve issues so that we can deliver stands on time and in scope.

What you’ll be doing…

You will work on managing several projects simultaneously, possibly in multiple countries. To be successful in the role you should be competent and able to:

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day running of multiple projects.
• Meeting with clients to review their objectives and project requirements and interpret into project plans and production briefs.
• Plan, cost, and manage stand-alone projects in coordination with external suppliers.
• Control project time plans, budgets, as well as the client! While coordinating and motivating the team and suppliers with a positive solutions-based attitude to meet deadlines.
• Multitask with a clear head and approach challenges with a thoughtful mindset.
• Be of a character that is empathetic and trustworthy and can maintain and grow multiple senior-level relationships – and handle stress positively!
• A keen interest in new trends and desire to champion these within the agency.

What we are looking for…

You will be experienced in working in the exhibition industry, innovative in your ideas, and not afraid to push boundaries, so that we can create the best stands in the business – mindful of building projects, timelines and working to budgets.

You must be comfortable in both supplier and client-facing relationships as and when necessary, with our clients, and you will be an important part of those relationships.

• 3+ years’ proven experience working within exhibitions, events, or creative industries.
• A highly skilled creative thinker with strong ability to communicate your concepts effectively
• A can-do attitude, enthusiastic personality, and a passion for the job
• Flexibility is essential - there may be a requirement to work additional hours, and some potential weekend work, to ensure that projects are delivered and visioned and promised for our clients.
• This is a full-time, permanent position.

What you’ll get…

Salary: £38-£44k Circa based on experience.
