The Adult Transformation Team is looking for a full-time Project Manager. Your work will include scoping and delivering a series of change projects and initiatives in different areas of the care system. You will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of ambitious, complex, and multi-faceted transformation workstreams, including elements of system redesign and implementation, remodelling of services, behaviour change, and delivery of savings.
