Project Manager

Hatched Talent Solutions is partnering with a leading Global manufacturer, and we are seeking an experienced Interim (FTC) Project Manager to oversee the installation of new machinery and the setup of a factory.

This role requires a hands-on approach to managing construction and mechanical installation, ensuring the project runs efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation of new machinery within the facility.
• Oversee the entire factory setup, ensuring smooth coordination between teams.
• Work closely with builders, contractors, and engineers to manage the construction process.
• Ensure all mechanical components are properly installed and function efficiently.
• Monitor project progress, address any issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Adhere to health, safety, and compliance regulations throughout the project.

Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical background with hands-on experience.
• Proven experience in setting up factories or large-scale manufacturing facilities.
• Ability to manage large-scale installation projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.

What’s on Offer:

• Initial 6-month FTC with the possibility of extension to 12 months.
• 32 days annual leave inclusive of BH (pro rata).
