Job Description

Your Future Team:

Marine Project Manager

As Marine Project Manager, you will be responsible for offshore project delivery, ensuring successful execution within a complex defence environment. You will lead and support teams, manage interdependent projects, and drive programme outputs while maintaining military capability.

We seek a results-driven professional with strong programme and project management expertise, capable of delivering at pace in a challenging infrastructure setting.

Your Missions

Lead the planning, delivery & commissioning of marine projects, ensuring they meet quality, cost & time objectives. Manage contracts, budgets & risks while building strong supplier & stakeholder relationships.

Oversee all project phases from start to completion
Lead teams & maintain stakeholder confidence
Manage contracts, supplier performance & cost control
Oversee budgeting, forecasting & expenditure tracking
Monitor risks, implement changes & ensure compliance
Drive a high-performing team culture

Who We Need: A proactive project manager with expertise in infrastructure, contracts & financial oversight, ready to deliver in a complex defence environment.

What You Need

Essential:
️ SC Clearance & ability to work on Base min. 3 days/week
️ Hands-on consultancy and/or construction background
️ Experience in marine infrastructure projects
️ Strong commercial awareness & ability to challenge CE’s
️ Hands-on experience with NEC4 contracts & stakeholder management
️ IT proficiency

Desirable:
Experience managing projects in live operational/marine environments
Collaborative working experience
Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing needs
Primavera P6 & CEMAR knowledge

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:
️ NEC4 experience
️ Project delivery within a marine environment

Desirable:
Membership of a relevant professional body
Marine-specific background (not general civils)
NEC PM accreditation or formal training
