Job summary

A plumbing and engineering firm in Glasgow is seeking a site supervisor for plumbing and sanitary installations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience, knowledge of Autocad for drawing preparations, and should possess a valid Class 3 or 3A Driving License. Responsibilities include overseeing installation work, resolving engineering issues, and liaising with contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Autocad to draw and submit drawings.
• Class 3 or 3A Driving License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants about plumbing installation.
• Supervise sanitary and plumbing works on site.
• Resolve engineering issues and prepare progress claims.

Job description

•Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, clients on the progress of Plumbing & Sanitary installation works.

• To supervise sanitary and plumbing works on site and ensure in accordance to the drawings, safety standards and comply to PUB.• Able to read drawings and plan for required materials

• Resolve engineering issues

• Attend inspection / meetings with supplier, sub contractor, main contractor, consultant, and authority

• Prepare progress claim to main contractor / client & attend meetings

• Prepare & certify progress claims of sub contractor & suppliers Job Requirement:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge in Autocad draw and submit drawing to main contractor, consultant, clients

• will be advantage Class 3 or 3A Driving License
