Job description

Due to continued growth, a well-established and reputable name in the construction industry is in search of an ambitious and dynamic Project Manager who is eager to grow their career with a forward-thinking business. Renowned for their work across diverse sectors including historic buildings, education, and leisure, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of a range of complex projects.


As Project Manager, you will:
  1. Lead the procurement of subcontractors and ensure that they are appointed on time.
  2. Ensure that site records are produced and maintained accurately and that commercial opportunities are identified.
  3. Take ownership for the construction programme and ensure that it is accurately maintained.
  4. Produce client progress reports.
  5. Ensure everyone on site is sufficiently trained and identify any areas of development.
  6. Create and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
  7. Lead project review meetings.
  8. Ensure specified quality standards are understood and achieved.
  9. Organise construction phase sign off and handoff with client.

To be considered for this role, you will:
  1. Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background.
  2. Have demonstrable management experience within the construction industry.
  3. Have experience leading projects from inception to completion.
  4. Have experience managing multiple sites and site teams simultaneously.
