Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

My client is a specialist civil engineering contractor operating nationwide and worldwide. They are looking to onboard a project manager to help deliver a project in South Yorkshire. The scope of works you will be responsible for overseeing includes groundworks, reinforced concrete, and associated civils.

Project Manager Requirements:

1. Working alongside and reporting to the contracts manager.
2. Day-to-day site management.
3. Programming.
4. Writing RAMS.
5. Liaising with the client, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
6. Managing plant, labour, and materials.
7. Record keeping.
8. Conducting progress meetings.
9. Managing health and safety compliance.
10. Liaising with the commercial team.

Essential Requirements:

1. Right to work in the UK.
2. NVQ Level 6 or equivalent.
3. CSCS card.
4. SMSTS certification.
5. First aid ticket.
6. Experience with groundworks, reinforced concrete, and civils.
7. Full UK driving license.
8. IT literacy.
9. Experience with NEC Contract 4.
10. Experience with programming.
