Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Nasmyth Bulwell Limited, Wharf Road Industrial Estate, Pinxton, Nottinghamshire NG16 6LE

Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent

Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday: 8.15am - 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm

About the Role

Our operation based in Bulwell has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to support the site in maintaining high standards across all functions. Join a dedicated team that will guide you, work with you on continuous improvement activities, and support your ongoing learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the EFACS project at Bulwell.
• Coordinate with all functions to ensure optimal delivery times.
• Issue guidance and assign tasks to all super users.
• Identify and address immediate implementation issues, supporting solution finding.
• Drive business process improvements via ERP systems.
• Manage data cleansing and user testing for final acceptance.
• Produce weekly status reports on project progress.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for successful integration.
• Coordinate with Goods Receiving and Stores to maintain MRP system accuracy and implement WMS successfully.
• Support non-conformance management controls.
• Coordinate with various departments, including Purchasing, Quality, Engineering, and Production, without direct personnel responsibility.
• Act as a project hub, communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients as needed.
• Develop EDI testing templates and reports.
• Ensure SFDC meets KPI requirements.
• Lead ERP implementations such as Emax across other sites.
• Manage PM Mak3r.AI ERP implementations at additional locations.
• Ensure ValueChain system integration is consistent across all sites.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience managing multiple projects in a similar environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of MRP systems.
• Experience in the Aerospace Industry (preferred).
• Recognized Project Management Qualifications – APMP/Prince 2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
