Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Construction Project Manager to work on one of our upcoming long-term projects in Exeter.

Job Purpose and Scope:

Project Manager for the start of the Project.

In charge of Site set up, Demolition works, Piling, Ground works, and External works.

Accountabilities and key tasks:

  • Manage and control your scope through the complete cycle of activities from the Point of Transfer to Practical Completion in compliance with the Company Construction Management System.
  • The scope to be managed is the production works related to:
  • Site set up (hoarding, site installation, biosite, ...)
  • Demolition works
  • Piling works and ground retention works (secant piles, king post piles, precast structures and gabions)
  • Ground works (piling mat, underground drainage works and temporary road, cut and fill, structure slabs for all blocks)
  • External works (completion of the finishes)

About You:

  • Structures knowledge
  • Ability and experience in delivering large scope and managing large teams
  • Local or willing to relocate to Exeter
