This contractor is currently seeking a talented and ambitious Project Manager to join the team in the Southwest, specifically across Devon. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to manage exciting, high-profile projects and contribute to the growth of the region. As a Project Manager, you will work with a passionate and dedicated team, leveraging your experience in managing large-scale projects. If you have a strong background in main contracting, particularly in commercial schemes valuing between £5 and £10 million, this could be the perfect role for you.

You will be managing multidisciplinary projects: responsible for overseeing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and that all project requirements are met. You will ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded, and that work aligns with company standards. You will lead and collaborate with a talented team to bring each project to life, contributing to a positive and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in managing construction projects upwards of £5 million.
• A degree or HNC/HND in construction.
• In-date SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS certifications.
• Relevant driving licence.
• Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office and Project.
