Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
Manage site operations, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure health & safety compliance and best practices on-site.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, programme schedules, and quality control.

Requirements:

SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications (essential).
Experience managing RC frame projects, ideally in the commercial or public sector.
Proven track record with Tier 1 or leading main contractors.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage and drive project performance within programme and budget constraints.
