Location: Stansted Airport (gateway to Europe, Greggs, and inevitable delays)

Salary: Competitive (not private jet money, but definitely above average)

Projects: £100k-£5mil - fast-paced, high-spec, airside works

About the role:

• We're looking for a true Project Manager. Not just a clipboard carrier or a glorified assistant. Someone experienced who has led significant projects.
• We want a hands-on, all-rounder, sleeves-rolled-up Number 1 on site who gets the job done, keeps the team sane, and knows their way around airport security passes.
• This role involves interiors and refurbishment work at Stansted Airport, including lounges, offices, and other facilities.
• Framework projects range from £100k to £5mil. The work is busy, interesting, and requires juggling trades, logistics, and client updates efficiently.

Who you are:

• A construction-savvy site leader who knows when to lead, listen, and manage resources effectively.
• Experienced in running your own projects, not just assisting.
• Experience in fit-out and internal sectors like retail, commercial, health, or hospitality.
• Comfortable working in live environments such as airports, hospitals, or schools.
• Holding SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
