Salary & Package: GBP45,000-GBP50,000 & Package

About the Role:

My client are seeking a Project Manager to oversee a high-volume, multi-million-pound Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) programme.

The role involves working across all support services and delivering a planned programme of works across 4,000 units, ensuring compliance and fire safety measures are effectively implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of FRA works across a diverse client portfolio.

Manage project delivery within financial and operational targets.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and quality standards.

Provide fire stopping knowledge and expertise to the team, supported by senior management.

Work alongside the Operations Manager, for senior-level guidance.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire risk mitigation measures.

Effectively communicate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) project management.

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing high-volume accounts and large-scale projects.

Knowledge of fire stopping measures and compliance standards.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal management support.
