Day-to-day responsibilities of the successful Senior Project Manager:
  1. Monitor programme profitability and lead commercial relationships with clients.
  2. Responsible for monitoring and managing scope changes with client.
  3. Responsible for the development of the project management strategy and delivery.
  4. Advise on procurement strategies.
  5. Write business cases.
  6. Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilized throughout the project.
  7. Producing project execution plans.
  8. Tracking and documenting changes.
  9. Stakeholder management.
Skills & Requirements the successful Senior Project Manager needs to obtain:
  1. Possess a strong track record of delivering projects within the construction build/property industry.
  2. Be conversant in NEC and JCT terminology forms of contract.
  3. Have Public sector experience (Private sector experience is a bonus).
  4. Have experience of working within an Inter-Disciplinary organisation.
  5. Project management delivery of complex programmes and projects in the built environment.
