Role Overview:

Russell Construction Services is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical to managing commercial construction projects ranging in size from $100K to $5 million. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, this position is perfect for someone who thrives on quality, collaboration, and driving projects to successful completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects within scope, timeline, and budget.
2. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
3. Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and quality control.
4. Implement and uphold safety protocols, fostering a culture of safety on-site.
5. Maintain compliance with construction law and industry standards.
6. Solve project-related challenges with professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of proven experience managing commercial construction projects.
2. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
