The Role

• Take full responsibility for the delivery of projects valued up to £5M.
• Develop and implement programmes for accurate progress monitoring.
• Identify quality expectations and manage them according to a Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and project business plans.
• Develop and implement site establishment plans and manage site logistics efficiently.
• Manage health and safety, ensuring all statutory, regulatory, and company requirements are met.
• Understand project requirements and ensure all contract administration procedures are followed.
• Contribute to risk and opportunity registers and initiate actions to mitigate risks and maximize opportunities.
• Control and manage site/project budgets.
• Develop, control, and ensure delivery against project budgets.
