The successful candidate will lead projects focused on retrofitting and decarbonisation for social housing. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships and ensuring project delivery aligns with regulations. Experience in social housing refurbishment and certifications such as CSCS and SMSTS are essential.

A well-established and rapidly expanding Social Housing Contractor are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
The company have gone from strength to strength each year and have an exciting growth plan in place, with a healthy pipeline of work across the North West region.
The company specialise in retrofit and decarbonisation to tenanted Social Housing properties, with a goal to reduce fuel poverty and the carbon footprint.
Typical works will consist of EWI, Air Source Heat Pump Installation, Windows and Doors, IWI, Roofline works.
