Job description

T2M are recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing engineering and manufacturing services business that has global operations.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be based from their site in Warwickshire.

You will be responsible for running the overall projects and making sure the projects run smoothly; this can include site visits, inspections, repairs, installations, and upgrading machinery.

What will you be doing?

Key Duties as a Project Manager:

• Delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Work with the engineering and production teams to deliver the projects.
• Manage customer and internal stakeholders.
• Support the wider team in project scoping and budgeting.
• Report on project updates, timelines, and risks.
• Evaluate commercial and financial opportunities for each project.

What are we looking for?

Requirements to be successful as a Project Manager:

• Prince 2 Practitioner and/or similar qualification such as MSP.
• Engineering or technical degree level qualification.
• Previous experience in project management.
• Clear and confident communicator.
• Deliver high-quality results.
• Strong negotiator and problem-solving skills.

This role will be based from the company’s headquarters in Warwickshire with a salary of up to £52,000 available for the role depending on experience.
